Working records stay on your device; technical error diagnostics are explained in the privacy policy. A PDF or Done status does not replace legal acceptance. You enter due dates and assignees yourself. This app has no shared team record or dedicated complete backup/restore feature. Operating system backups depend on your device and its settings; exported PDFs can be stored separately.
