What details help with a technical issue?
Include the app, device, operating system and app version. Describe what you were trying to do, what happened and whether you can reproduce it. A screenshot without sensitive information can help.
How do I manage a subscription?
Manage subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play in the store account you used for the purchase. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
