HACCPulse
A clear first working day for a small kitchen: set up real control points, record a check and see what is still due.
Start with the controls you need
Preview of update 1.1.1: The simplified setup becomes available with this version.
The three-step setup covers your business and location, selected control points and the owner's six-digit staff PIN. Start with one refrigerator if that fits your operation. Rename the example and explicitly confirm your own limits; HACCPulse does not establish universally safe limits.
Shared devices, clear responsibility
Staff PINs attribute checks on a shared phone or tablet. Values outside confirmed limits require a documented correction. Completed records are preserved; later amendments remain traceable.
Offline work and today's status
After an online PIN verification, checks can be completed offline within the valid eight-hour grant. Locally saved uploads remain pending until the server confirms them. Revoked device/staff permissions are enforced, and conflicts preserve local records.
Reports and HACCPulse Pro
View a synthetic sample report (PDF, German)
Generated by the actual export function in an isolated test business. No customer data or production records; its verification QR is available only in the test environment.
PDF/CSV reports summarise server-confirmed completed checks with time, template, control point, staff, deviation flags and checksums. Pending uploads are not presented as confirmed reports. Pro covers one assigned business with one productive location; check the store for current monthly/yearly prices, evaluation availability and renewal terms.
This documentation tool does not certify food safety or regulatory compliance. Your business remains responsible for its procedures and limits.
