Trips, work and documentation in one entry

Trips, working hours and daily reports belong together. SoloRapport combines them by project in one clear local workflow.

For each entry, choose a trip, a work report or both. Assign a customer, project, and quotation, order or claim number. Record activities, times, breaks, materials, expenses, photos, signatures and multiple trip segments.

Professional exports

Create individual reports as well as project, billing and trip overviews as PDF or CSV. The documents are generated directly on the device.

Local and no account

SoloRapport does not require a user account and does not force you to use a cloud service. The database and attachments are stored locally with encryption. Password-protected backups remain under your control.

Flexible mileage records

Use the simple trip mode or, with Pro, a stricter mileage log workflow with odometer checks, period closing and visible corrections.

Important note

SoloRapport supports traceable documentation but does not replace tax or legal advice. Users remain responsible for factual completeness and timely recording.
